Overview
An automatic co-extrusion line for corn sticks and pillows with sweet or savoury fillings. Mixing and feeding are followed by extrusion, electronically controlled filling injection, cutting and cooling. Double-jacket filling preparation equipment supports cream and chocolate processing, while a conveyor removes heat after forming.

Mixing and conditioning
Combines corn flour, grains and dry ingredients at controlled moisture levels.
Extruder screw feeder
Automatically supplies ingredients and includes a protective stop for maintenance.
Extrusion, filling and cutting
A variable-speed cutter controls the length of sticks and pillows while a metered injector supplies filling during forming.
Filling preparation and cooking
Double-jacket tanks melt butter and cook chocolate or cream through indirect heating, with grinding balls and circulation pumps.
Ventilation and cooling conveyor
Cools the filled snacks after forming to remove moisture and set the filling.
Automatic control panel
Inverters and thermostats manage operating speeds and temperatures.
