Production line components
High-speed batter mixer
A 304 stainless steel turbo mixer holds 160 L and prepares 90 L per batch.
Baking wheel
A 2000 mm wheel uses 20 burners, flame detection and water cooling to help prevent batter sticking.
Cream preparation and ball mill
A 500 L ball mill uses metal grinding balls, a double-jacket hot/cold water tank and filling circulation pumps.
Filling pumps
Double-jacket pumps supply cream consistently as the wafer is rolled.
Servo cutting unit
Servo and inverter control with photoelectric sensors sets wafer roll length and size.
Cooling and pressing conveyor
Supports filling and pressing of the rolls as they move along the line.
Touchscreen control
A 10-inch colour touchscreen adjusts speeds, temperatures and operating parameters.
