Overview
An integrated industrial popcorn system combining corn feeding, popping, screening and flavour application. Processing conditions are adjusted for the corn and finished product. The supplied standard output is 100–140 kg/h, with configurations up to 250 kg/h.

Production line components
Bucket elevator and vibratory feeder
Transfers corn to the popping unit, using a variable-speed 304 stainless steel feeder.
Hot-air popping oven
A vibrating feed system moves corn through the gas-heated popping stage, using an Italian burner and a heat-transfer medium.
Screening drum
A motor-driven perforated drum separates unpopped kernels and loose material.
Seasoning drum
An inverter-controlled motor rotates the drum to distribute flavour while limiting product breakage.
Oil and flavour preparation
An electrically heated jacketed tank, angled mixer and pump prepare and supply the flavour blend.
Variable-speed control panel
Controls product flow and speeds across the line.
