A compact hot-air popcorn machine for smaller production runs and pilot projects. A 20 kg hopper supplies the insulated popping chamber, while a spiral sifter separates unpopped kernels. The touchscreen controls temperatures from 180–210°C; actual output depends on corn type and moisture.

Production line components
Corn feed hopper
A 20 kg hopper in 304 stainless steel uses a geared motor and electronically controlled screw feed.
Popping chamber
An insulated chamber uses electrical heaters and a hot-air turbine to pop the kernels.
Sifter and waste tray
An internal spiral turns the product and separates unpopped kernels into a 304 stainless steel waste container.
Seasoning unit
Adds oil and flavour as required, with an end support for collecting the finished popcorn.
Touchscreen and controls
Manages temperatures from 180–210°C, operating parameters, alerts and status messages.
