A vibrating screen after forming removes broken pieces and fines before frying.
Thermal processing
A continuous fryer and heat exchanger control heating; a baking configuration is also available.
Vibrating de-oiling conveyors
Remove excess oil from the curls after frying.
Seasoning drum
Distributes spices and flavours continuously over the product.
Flavour preparation
Stainless steel tanks and metering pumps supply flavours and oils.
